ERISA Advisory Council to Hold Open Meeting
Specifically, ERISA advisory council members will discuss reports and recommendations relating to disability benefits for participants in defined contribution (DC) plans, current challenges and best practices concerning beneficiary designations in retirement and lifetime insurance plans, as well as examine income replacement during retirement years in a DC plan system.
The meeting is open to the public, and will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. EDT. Those wishing to submit a written statement may do so through September 18.
