Evolution Benefits, CareGain Offer Health-Care Debit Card Partnership

Through the partnership between Evolution Benefits and CareGain, health plans have an end-to-end solution to offer flexible spending account (FSA), health reimbursement account (HRA), and the new health savings account (HSA)-based plan designs to employers in their markets, according to a news release.

The agreement sets up a partnership allowing for card-powered, consumer-directed health plan administration and payment settlement from any underlying consumer-directed account structures. The product streamlines client set-up activities and provides data connections for automatic substantiation of card transactions.
