Fiserv ISS Set to Introduce Revenue Mgt. Services

June 10, 2005 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and recordkeepers who custody retirement plan assets with Fiserv Investment Support Services (Fiserv ISS) TPA Services will soon be able to make use of new revenue management capabilities.

A Fiserv ISS news release said Delta Data Software’s Revenue Manager is set to be unveiled during the third quarter of 2005.  Revenue Manager, a module within Delta Data Software’s FUNDLinx , is designed to account for shareholder service and sub-transfer agent fees paid by mutual fund companies for recordkeeping on omnibus trades, and 12(b)1 fees paid out to referring brokers.

The software will allow for better planning and management by TPAs and recordkeepers, providing Fiserv ISS the ability to generate reports at the plan, recordkeeper, and broker representative levels, according to the news release.

With the addition of Delta Data’s Revenue Manager, Fiserv ISS will also be able to enhance how it displays its fund universe, with more detailed information that allows TPAs and recordkeepers to build and manage plan transfers more efficiently, according to the company.

“Our TPA and Recordkeeper clients, and the financial intermediaries such as Brokers and Advisors who work with them, have been asking for an enhanced revenue management system,” said Sean Gultig, vice president, TPA Services (formerly TRUSTlynx). “With Delta Data Software, not only can we provide the accurate accounting that clients need, but we also have a system that can be enhanced beyond just management of revenue streams.”
