Fiserv To Acquire Part of Willis' Business

November 7, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Fiserv, Inc. has announced the acquisition of Willis Group Holdings' life and health third-party administration (TPA) business.

“The addition of the people and services of Willis’ life and health TPA business will complement our current business process outsourcing (BPO) offerings, while bringing additional services to our overall suite of insurance products,” said Michael D. Gantt, President of the Fiserv Insurance Solutions Group.

Fiserv’s insurance offerings currently include flexible benefits administration, COBRA/HIPAA administration, plan design and managed care consulting.
