Gallagher & Co. Adds New York Consultant to Its Stable

A news release said terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

Old Greenwich Consulting Group offers employee benefit consulting and brokerage services, including life insurance and group benefits, for its middle-market clients in the Eastern United States, according to a press release. It specializes in the design, service and implementation of employee benefit programs.  

Michael Johnson and his associates will continue to operate in New York City under the direction of David Ziegler, Eastern Regional Executive Vice President of Gallagher’s employee benefit consulting and brokerage operations, the announcement said.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., an international insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, headquartered in Itasca, Illinois, has operations in 15 countries and does business in more than 100 countries around the world through a network of correspondent brokers and consultants.
