Gallagher Makes Captive Consulting Acquisition

Tribeca, established in 1999, is an alternative risk and captive consulting and management company providing captive management services to their small and middle-market, group and association clients throughout the United States.  According to the announcement, the Mesa, Arizona-based firm specialises in the design, implementation, licensure and management of captive insurance companies. 

According to the firms Karl N. Huish and his associates will continue to operate in their Arizona location under the direction of David McManus, President of Artex Risk Solutions, Inc., Gallagher’s captive management and alternative risk programs subsidiary.

Terms of this transaction were not disclosed.
