Genesys Expands HRO Offering

August 9, 2004 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) solutions provider Genesys has added three new human capital services to the firm's PeopleComeFirst product.

The PeopleComeFirst integrated services include COBRA management (CobraGuard, Inc.), pre-employment screening (InfoLink Screening Services, Inc.) and flexible spending accounts (Acclaris).  

CobraGuard provides Genesys clients with access to a Web-enabled COBRA administration platform.   InfoLink Screening Services allows client to conduct online background checks and other screening services to reduce hiring risks. Acclaris will provide FSA enrollment, online account review for employees and employers, on demand statements, Web-based queries and reporting, direct deposit of employee reimbursement and more.
