Great-West Appoints Regional Sales Director

2012 (PLANSPONSOR.com) – Great-West Retirement Services appointed Cheney Hunt
as regional sales director for San Diego, California.

In this position, Hunt is responsible for
developing 401(k) plan business through brokers, financial advisers,
consultants, wirehouses and third-party administrators. He is based in San
Diego and reports to Ken Munro, Western regional vice president.
Prior to joining Great-West, Hunt spent nine years with John Hancock in a variety of sales and sales management positions, most recently serving as Midwest regional sales manager. Earlier, he held both national and regional sales positions with Scudder Investments and Kemper Financial Services.
Hunt earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Millikin University. He also holds NASD Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses and California state insurance licenses.
