Griping About Your Boss May Actually Get You Somewhere
June 16, 2006 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - While complaining
about your boss to your co-workers or family is often
fruitless, one group has come up with a way for venting to
pay off.

Working America, an affiliate
of the AFL-CIO, is sponsoring “My Bad Boss Contest” this
summer, which calls for workers to post horror stories
about their bosses. The winner of the contest receives a
one-week vacation.
Visitors to the site can also vote on which story they think is the best . The contest will first generate five semifinalists. The winner of the grand prize will be based on the votes cast during the final round of voting, which begins July 26.
