Guardian Offers Web-based Kit Ordering

October 29, 2001 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Guardian Life Insurance Company now offers plan sponsors the convenience, and accuracy - of Internet-based enrollment kit ordering.

The firm has added the capability to its Navigator Sales Support System, which allows Guardian’s retirement plan wholesalers to order customized enrollment materials using the Internet from their regional offices, while at the same time sharing and confirming information with Guardian’s proposal and recordkeeping system.

Data from the Navigator system is passed to Guardian’s fulfillment vendor, the Argus Group of Baltimore, Maryland, which creates customized enrollment kits for Guardian clients from elements that are printed-on-demand (POD) as well as from off the shelf materials.

Guardian’s Group Pensions Division manages more than $2.6 billion in qualified retirement plan assets and serves over 6,200 plan sponsors with almost 200,000 participants.
