As more and more companies are moving to high deductible health plans (HDHPs) in order to control costs, the GuideSpark HDHP Success Solution allows companies to ensure employees understand what an HDHP plan is, its benefits to them and how to use the plan to positively affect an employee’s health care choices and costs. The HDHP Success Solution is designed to affect deeper understanding and more positive migration experience for workforces. It informs, educates and guides employees during plan selection, it also provides additional information to ensure successful funding and usage of health savings accounts (HSAs), and materials continuously educate and inform and support the employee population throughout the year.
One new feature of the GuideSpark open enrollment solutions is “Help Me Choose” which informs and guides employees with personalized recommendations for health plan selection.
