The program, The Director Advantage, now allows plan sponsors to offer participants 44 funds, up from 16 previously, from 72 investment choices. The program is designed for employers with less than 500 employees.
In addition to online enrollment, plan participants are now able to request loans through Hartford Life’s toll-free telephone 24-hour voice response unit, which now also offers a voice recognition system.
Participants can now view their personalized rate of return on their quarterly statements and online at HartfordOnline.
