Hewitt Calls for Participation in Canadian Best Employers Survey
Interested organizations should register for free at www.hewitt.com/bestemployerscanada by the end of May to take part in the 2006 study. The results of the survey will be published at the end of the year, in Report on Business Magazine, distributed with the Globe and Mail newspaper.
Employers will have a choice of survey options, with a shorter and quicker version of the study available if employers, who wish to see how they stack up against other Canadian companies, choose to participate. A more sophisticated option – the Research option – allows employers to see a more in-depth study into what influences their employees’ engagement.
Regardless of the option chosen, the survey consists of three parts – the employee, leadership, and HR surveys, with the employee carrying the most weight in the final rankings.
In order to be eligible, companies must have at least 300 Canadian-based workers and a minimum of three years in the country.
