HR Outsourcer Launches Web Site

January 24, 2005 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Richardson, Texas-based StraightSource, a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider, has launched a Web-based information repository.

A StraightSource news release said the Web site contains industry insights, market trends and applicable buyer considerations. The company said the new site, www.straightsource.com , was created “for buyers and prospects to truly understand the impact of RPO (recruitment process outsourcing)  throughout an organization, as well as the best means of optimizing their recruitment investment.”

According to the news announcement, resources available on the site include:

  • short highlights and reviews of successful RPO implementations for key Fortune 100enterprises, including FedEx, Allstate, and Sprint
  • bylined articles from StraightSource experts and industry thought leaders on current RPO trends
  • a regular feed of industry developments and news from third-party media, including HRO Today
  • summaries of key issues to consider for RPO purchasers, including potential cost savings, technology usage and process development.

According to StraightSource CEO and founder Alan Cayton, more companies of varying sizes are turning to RPO partners to help create, manage, and sustain a long-term recruiting plan.
