HRanswers.net Offers Human Resources Support

March 28, 2006 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - A Web site offering human resources assistance to small and medium-size business owners and administrators, HRanswers.net, has been launched.

The subscription-based service allows users to submit questions via e-mail about any HR-related topic. According to the announcement, the questions are triaged to the appropriate advisor and answered, in most cases, within 24-48 hours.   Users may submit an unlimited number of questions during their membership period.

The HRanswers.net advisory team is comprised of 12 advisors, who currently own or have owned their own businesses, each specializing in an area of human resources management. The team has knowledge of topics such as training and development; risk management and safety; payroll services; workers’ compensation; employment law compliance; and employee benefits.

G.E. Gauss, president and founder of HRanswers.net, said in the announcement, “There are myriad businesses out there that don’t have the time or money to invest in an HR department, but they are still in need of a reliable resource to turn to for questions and issues that arise in the workplace. We give companies an alternative to expensive HR consulting firms by providing answers to their questions on an as-needed basis.”

An HRanswers.net membership costs $35 per month or $360 per year. For more information, contact Anneli Werner of The Jake Group, LLC at awerner@thejakegroup.com or 202-333-2850.
