Huffman To Head Northern Trust Global Advisors

Global Advisors, a unit of Chicago-based Northern Trust's
asset management arm, has promoted William Huffman to
president, chairman and CEO.

Huffman, 33, previously served as executive vice-president and chief operating officer of the investment advisory unit. He succeeds Michael Gallimore, 45, who resigned after 14 years with the company to pursue other interests.
Northern Trust Global Advisors is a division of Northern Trust Global Investments, which has more than $327 billion in assets.
