Industrial Alliance Unveils Web-based Administration Tool
December 16, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - The Industrial
Alliance Group has launched a new Internet service designed
to provide plan administrators and participants online access
to their insurance information.

Web@dmin is offered by the Montreal-based group’s three life insurance companies: Industrial Alliance, Industrial Alliance Pacific and National life. It will allow plan administrators to access the Web site to:
- Enroll new members
- Make address changes
- View premium statements
- Validate premiums that have been paid out
- Print account statements
- Update files
Additionally, participants will be able to:
- View information on levels of coverage
- Verify the status of medical and dental claims
- Obtain benefit amounts paid out during the year
- Check the balance of a health spending account
- Print Insurance certificates, drug cards and claims forms
The new Web site also includes a help menu, FAQs and user support services, available via email or a toll-free number.
