FaceTime has solved the problem by launching IM Auditor solution, enabling firms to install back-end software servers behind their Internet firewalls to manage and monitor instant messaging communication across all major public IM networks.
IM Auditor allows:
- archiving of data to an auditable database,
- Web-based query and retrieval of stored data,
- keyword watch lists for monitoring content of messages, and
- automatic display of disclaimer notices on all instant messaging communication.
The FaceTime IM Auditor includes an easy installation and configuration process, Web-based reports and support for existing corporate proxy servers.
