Integrated Benefit Services Rebrands
September 16, 2013 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Integrated Benefit Services (IBS) has rebranded as Pentra.
Reported by PLANSPONSOR staff
In response to the changing needs of its clients in a post-health-care-reform environment, the company launched a new website and refined its service offerings.
“The industry is changing, and we have changed with it. However, our name and our website didn’t reflect how much we had evolved,” said Gordon St. John, president of Pentra.
Founded in 1987 by Nicholas H. LaMotte, the company serves clients across a wide variety of industries. Pentra works with organizations to provide health care and employee benefit programs for employers based in 13 states with employees working in more than 40 states.
