IRS: Don't Forget GUST Deadline

Revenue Service (IRS) officials are reminding plan sponsors
that they have until February 28 to make any necessary GUST
amendments to their plan documents.

Plans directly affected by the September 11 terrorist attacks have until June 30 to amend their plans or ask for an extension until the end of the year, the IRS said.
The deadline for master and prototype and volume submitter plans, which are pre-approved, is December 31.
