ISS Announces Arrival of New Institutional Services Executive Vice President
ISS is a provider of proxy voting and corporate governance services. Bourke will head the unit primarily responsible for institutional proxy voting, client services and technology. The business unit, of which she will now head, consists of Voting Services, Proxy Operations, US Procurement and Coding, Global Proxy Distribution, Securities Class Action Services, Client Relations and ISS’ Technology Infrastructure Group.
“Over the past five months, ISS has taken significant steps to better align its services with the increasingly complex needs of its clients. Diana’s depth of experience in leading and managing both large and small companies will be a great asset in positioning ISS for future growth and will help ISS achieve a new level of operational excellence,” said John Connolly, ISS’ president and chief executive officer, in a press release.
Bourke, a graduate of Notre Dame, joins ISS from CIGNA Healthcare, where she served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Information Officer for the CIGNA Health Services Division.
