JPMorgan Retirement Announces New Head of Sponsor Services

Retirement Plan Services has announced the appointment of
Daniel O'Toole as head of Sponsor Services.

O’Toole will be responsible for the oversight of all client service teams including relationship management, conversion and service delivery, according to a company announcement. He will report to Retirement Plan Services’ Chief Executive Officer, Tom Kmak.
O’Toole was previously Head of Relationship Management for the US at Mercer Human Resource Services, the announcement said. Prior to that, he was employed in client service management with Putnam Investments for eight years.
