According to the announcement, B-Net mobile HR is compatible with all of Kaba’s stationary time recording terminals and can also be integrated into new or existing time recording systems. The technology allows time recording via cellular phones, BlackBerry devices or PDA’s, and every booking may be recorded in real time.
With B-Net mobile HR, an employee can electronically book the start and end of onsite business related activities via their mobile device and obtain information from their accounts regarding time, absences, sick days, flextime, vacation and more, the announcement said.
In addition, the same device that an employee uses for electronic time and attendance booking can also be used for secure access to a facility, or for short-term events such as limited construction projects, catering services and more, via B-Net mobile AC. Access is accomplished with the input of a PIN, or via a LEGIC reader and bar code scanner.
