Larkspur Introduces Plan Risk Evaluation Tool

Resources, Inc. has created PlanRiskProfile.com to help plan
members, employers, and professionals who work with
retirement plans to evaluate their retirement plans for
compliance with Employee Retirement Income Security Act
(ERISA) rules and regulations.

According to a Larkspur press release, PlanRiskProfile.com evaluates plans using ninety different risk factors to determine a plan’s compliance with ERISA and the effect each factor may have on a participant’s account balance.
After using the tool to analyze nearly four million plan filings dating back to 1999, the company found that over twenty five million individuals have the opportunity to recover billions of dollars in investment losses sustained in their retirement accounts over the last five years.
