Lockton Dunning Benefits Acquires Grizzaffi Darby
January 4, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) – Lockton Dunning Benefits has acquired Denton, Texas-based benefits firm Grizzaffi Darby, LLC.

A news release said the newly combined organization will focus on providing health and welfare benefits consulting and productivity and wellness consulting services. Grizzaffi Darby will take the Lockton Dunning Benefits name and will continue operating from its Denton office.
According to the announcement, the transaction was completed January 4, 2011. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The combined operation employs 150 people.
Lockton Dunning Benefits specializes in the design, implementation, communication and year-round service of medical, dental, life, disability, and other employer-sponsored benefit programs.
