Marsh Names New Global Head of Benefits Practice
Arms, who will be based at Marsh’s world headquarters in New York, will be responsible for leading the firm’s employee benefits business around the world, according to the announcement. He will report jointly to Joseph McSweeny, president, U.S./Canada, and Alexander Moczarski, president, International.
In the United States, Arms will work to expand the collaboration that exists between Marsh and Mercer, a provider of consulting, outsourcing, and investment solutions in the human resources and financial areas. He also will focus on specific segments, such as small businesses.
