Milligan will help to develop and to execute plans to support the overall business strategy for the Human Resources Services sector, which includes Mellon HR Solutions, Buck Consultants and Mellon Investor Services. In that capacity, she will focus on cross-business sector strategy, business and product/service development, sales and marketing and infrastructure issues, according to Mellon.
Milligan joins Mellon with more than 20 years of business leadership and human resources consulting experience, most recently, as managing director of strategic planning, business development, sales and marketing and intellectual capital for Towers Perrin. Prior to Towers Perrin, Milligan worked for Hewitt Associates in new business development, practice leadership and account management.
Milligan, a graduate of Georgetown University’s Foreign Service and Economics program and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, will report to Steven G. Elliott, Senior Vice Chairman, and will be based in Ridgefield Park, N.J.
