Mercer Adds Partner to Human Capital Consulting Biz

Based in Atlanta, Wilson will provide strategic advice to Mercer clients on executive and employee compensation, annual incentive plan design, and stock option program design. He joins Mercer from Towers Watson, where he most recently served as the Market Business Leader for the Southeast Region.  

According to a news release, Wilson brings more than 14 years of experience in development of human resources and reward strategies, job evaluation, market analysis, management of compensation surveys, stock option programs, and the design and implementation of executive, management and sales incentive plans.
