Mercer said that since it administers all health and benefits clients – regardless of size – on the same platform, any client’s future growth can be accommodated without the time and resources often associated with converting to a different administrative system.
Target clients for the Mercer solution include those that are looking to make an initial entry into the outsourcing market, move from a co-sourced arrangement, or are looking to simplify plan designs and administrative policies and procedures, the announcement said.
