Mercer Opens Technology and HR Operations Practice

August 5, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Mercer Human Resource Consulting has cut the ribbon on a new global consulting practice focused on HR technology and operations consulting.

The new Technology and Operations practice will leverage the resources and capabilities of Mercer’s existing HR operations consulting practice and several Mercer groups currently working on the delivery of technology advice and software to clients around the world. Robert Schuetz, previously global practice leader for HR operations consulting at Mercer will lead the practice, according to a news release.

Mercer’s Technology and Operations practice will consist of both advisory and delivery services. Among the advisory service offered, Mercer will provide HR technology and operations advice to help clients meet their business needs and objectives.

Further, Mercer’s delivery services will design and deliver technology solutions across disciplines where Mercer provides consulting services (including HR and benefits portals, decision support tools, and data analytics). Mercer also will support clients with the business design, project management, and implementation of select third-party software.

Mercer’s Technology and Operations consulting services will be delivered by staff based in the US, UK, Canada, and Germany.
