A news release said the new site introduces targeted homepages aimed at the company’s main constituents: consumers, institutional clients, and brokers/consultants. Each group has access to content directly related to their needs through three top-of-the-page navigation tabs.
Within each homepage, visitors will find easier access to account management tools and customized content, the company said.
According to the announcement, the new site is also
better equipped to support MetLife’s operational
business goals by allowing for more robust metrics to
assist in understanding progress toward customer
experience targets and revenue growth.
