M&I Taps Execs for Kansas City Operation

April 15, 2004 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Marshall & Ilsley Trust Company has named three new executives to its new Kansas City regional office serving Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Colorado, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas.

Tapped for the new office were Frank Green to head the regional operation, Alan Chingren as vice president of commercial trust services, and Charles Lehmann to lead its national sales effort for Individually Directed Accounts, a news release said.

Green most recently served as a senior vice president and manager of the Employee Benefits Division with UMB Bank and has also held senior management positions with Banc One Investment Management Group, Boatmen’s Trust Company, and NationsBank. Green holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from St. Francis College in Loretto, Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the American University in Washington, D.C.

Chingren served employee benefits clients for UMB Bank in western Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska and previously held management positions with Mercantile Bank in Kansas City, Johnson County Bank in Prairie Village, Kansas, and Bankers Trust Company in Des Moines. He received a bachelor of science degree and an MBA from the University of Iowa.

Lehmann comes to M&I Trust from UMB Bank, where he specialized in offering retirement plan services to professional service firms. From his base in Kansas City, Lehmann will coordinate M&I Trust’s sales of self-directed retirement plans to law firms, medical groups, architects, engineers, and accountants across the nation. He is a graduate of Northern Michigan University.
