Milliman Opens Tar Heel State Location

The office will provide retirement plan services for qualified and nonqualified retirement plans of public and private sector clients. Warner Anthony, Jr., Amy Wicker, and Michelle Judge will serve as benefit consultants in the office.

Anthony has thirty years experience in the practice of tax and employee benefits law and consulting. Prior to joining Milliman USA, Mr. Anthony was Senior Vice President and Principal with Leggette Actuaries.

Wicker, with over twenty years of experience in the employee benefits area, has designed, implemented and administered all types of tax qualified retirement plans. Her experience includes fourteen years as Senior Vice President at several consulting firms

Judge has over ten years experience in employee benefits consulting and has been with Milliman for five years.
