Monster.com Launches Recruitment Management Product

January 9, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Monster.com unveiled Monster Office HQ, a centralized resource to help HR professionals manage the hiring process.

Using the new platform, recruiters can post jobs to multiple locations, categories and sites, simultaneously from a single screen.

Monster Office HQ features:

  • A “Folder View”, which allows users to create, store, manage and organize all the elements related to a job, including the company requisition, job description, job advertisement, Internet postings, and job seeker/resume pool, in one virtual location
  • search functionalities, job-specific questionnaires to help HR professionals effectively pre-screen and rank applicants,
  • a function that allows users to create, edit, copy and delete letters for candidate correspondence at various stages of the  screening process, and
  • a merge letter function, allowing recruiters to route and simultaneously send correspondence to multiple candidates in one action

Monster Office HQ also features relevant industry articles, tips and message boards to keep users abreast of trends and information.
