mPower Opens Café to 403(b), 457 Issues
March 20, 2001 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - mPower has
expanded its education/content to include participants of
403(b) and 457 defined contribution plans, which include
teachers, medical workers, non-profit employees and state and
local government officials.

The new mPower Café ( www.mPower.com ) incorporates content previously contained in mPower’s 401Kafe and IRAJunction alongside information targeted at 403(b) plans (also called Tax-sheltered Annuities or TSAs) and 457 plans (sometimes termed “deferred comp” plans).
The mPower Cafe also introduces Wall Street 201, a more sophisticated course in investing for readers who have completed Wall Street 101.
Earlier this month, mPower launched online advice for 403(b) and 457 participants in conjunction with ING Aetna ( ING Aetna/mPower Offer Online Advice to 403b, 457 Plans ).
