National Benefit Unveils Advice Partnership

Programs (NBP), a Columbus, Ohio benefits consultant and
Academic Wealth Management, an RIA, have joined forces to
offer independent investment advice and consulting to 401(k)
plans.

The plan offered by the Bonita Springs, Florida- basedAcademic Wealth will have fully disclosed fees from all vendors, according to a news release. The investment advice provided by Academic Wealth will emphasize broad asset allocation, low transaction costs and the use of index funds and Exchange Traded Funds.
NBP provides health and welfare benefits consulting for companies with more than 1 million employees.
