New Company Offers “One Source Access” for HR and Benefits Programs

According to President and CEO Kenneth L. Di Bella, the new company was created to address additional needs complementary to, and often intersecting with, employee health benefits. Simplifi’s corporate headquarters are located in Columbus, Ohio, with additional operations centers in Georgia, Minnesota, and Texas.

Simplifi operates as an Employer Service Organization (ESO), and provides integrated products and services designed to improve the performance of HR, health care benefit, and retirement and group benefit management services. The single-source provider may help employers to reduce costs and avoid the difficulties and fees associated with multiple vendors, effectively improving an organization’s efficiency and productivity.
