According to a press release, job seekers can post three-minute video interviews directly from their computer to Ismari Virtual Interviews (IVINOW.com), allowing companies to screen prospective employees without setting up a formal interview. The site allows HR managers to jump directly to the second interview and meet with the most qualified candidates.
Companies looking to hire can also post job openings on the site.
“IVINOW.com streamlines the hiring process in a cost-effective approach. Companies save money by minimizing travel expenses, and HR managers save time because they can travel when they want,” said Julie Ismari-Crawford, owner and president of Ismari Virtual Interviews, in the announcement.
