Northern Trust Releases Investment Info Site

June 6, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Northern Trust launched Global Investor Passport, a Web site that aims to aid plan sponsors and investors in obtaining and filtering information.

Global Investor Passport is a customizable Web portal that filters information so that plan sponsors and investors are able to receive that which is most pertinent to them, Northern Trust said in a press release. 

The site provides daily access to, as well as analysis and monitoring of, information from many sources, Northern said. It allows access to fundamental risk characteristics such as industry/sector, country, and currency data.  The filtering process uses a Q&A format.
