Nuvosoft Unveils HR Admin System Offering

May 23, 2005 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Nuvosoft, Inc. has unveiled Rbenefits, a Web-based, secure, portal through which employees can get benefits information and that simplifies employer administration at the same time, according to the company.

A Nuvosoft news release said the product can be customized and integrated into a company’s existing HR portal, feeding information into a current Human Resource Management System (HRMS). With Rbenefits, companies can eliminate the processing of paper forms and reduce the number of calls during open enrollment, according to the news release.

The company said that Rbenefits provides all of the forms and information for open enrollment and life changes online. Depending on a company’s technology security policy, employees are also able to fill out forms online at home with input from family members.   Rbenefits also sends notifications to employees to remind them to complete forms, and at the end of open enrollment, it prints and distributes complete benefit statements to employees, the company said.

According to the announcement, Rbenefits administers benefit plans, manages eligibility, elections and dependent and beneficiary assignments while coordinating and governing the enrollment processes.
