NY Life Expands Executive Retirement Offerings

September 25, 2001 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - New York Life Insurance Company has expanded its service offerings for small and mid-sized businesses with a new acquisition.

New York Life has acquired the ongoing assets of the small and mid-size case Corporate-Owned Life Insurance (COLI) business of the Clark/Bardes Partners division of Clark/Bardes Consulting.

This deal, which does not include the existing book of Clark/Bardes business, will enable New York Life to provide supplemental executive retirement programs for small and mid-sized companies.
