NYC Top Spot for Entry Level Jobs for College Grads

July 8, 2008 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - New York City ranked number one for the third year in a row on CollegeGrad.com's listing of the Top 25 cities for entry level job openings.

A press release said entry level openings in New York account for more than 3,600 jobs. The Top 25 Cities for July 2008 together offer 40,000 entry level job openings across 16 states.

Houston ranked number two with 2,500 entry level openings. Los Angeles (more than 2.400 jobs), Boston (around 2,400 jobs), and Philadelphia (2,100 jobs) rounded out the top five.

The Top 25 Entry Level Cities list was generated based on the number of entry level jobs currently posted at CollegeGrad.com. The list is available at www.CollegeGrad.com/topcities .
