NYLIM Retirement Plan Services Enhances Participant Website

July 14, 2005 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - New York Life Investment Management's Retirement Plan Services division has enhanced its participant Web site, BenefitsComplete, enabling participants to personalize their home page and enhancing employer communication with participants.

According to the announcement participants can now create a personalized “dashboard” for easy access to key information about their retirement plans.   Some of the items participants can place on their dashboard include:

  • Current investments, categories and market value updated as of the most recent market close.
  • Asset allocation pie charts
  • Account balances by contribution type

In addition, the company has added a mailbox that will allow plan sponsors to contact a targeted group of participants based on demographics or past participant activity.  

Plan sponsors who choose to do so can also customize the site with logos, colors, and fonts that match their company’s Internet or intranet site, the announcement said.
