NYLIM Retirement Plan Services Expands Mgmt Team

March 7, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - NYLIM Retirement Plan Services has tapped a new leader for its small-business retirement plans, as well as a new head of marketing and product management.

Sam Mancino has been named a managing director and assigned to oversee Retirement Plan Services products for small firms, according to the firm, which is a division of New York Life Investment Management.

Mancino, 43, comes from E*Trade Group, Inc. in New York City, where he was vice president and responsible for strategy and development of a new e-commerce retirement plan business.

Retirement Plan Services also announced that Donald Salama was also named managing director and placed in charge of marketing and product management. Salama, 41, worked at Hartford Financial Solutions where he was vice president and director of retirement plan solutions.
