Friday the Dow fell 521.28 points (1.05%) to close at 48,977.92, the Nasdaq fell 210.17 points (0.92%) to close at 22,668.21 and the S&P 500 fell 29.98 points (0.43%) to close at 6,878.88. The Russell 2000 fell 44.93 points (1.68%) to close at 2,632.36 and the FT Wilshire 5000 Index fell 355.92 points (0.51%) to close at 68,850.02. 

The 10-year Treasury note rose 26/32, bringing the yield to 3.952%. The 30-year Treasury bond rose 30/32, bringing the yield to 4.614%. 

For the week ending February 27, the Dow was down 1.32%, the Nasdaq was down 0.96%, and the S&P 500 lost 0.45%. The Russell 2000 decreased 1.19% and the FT Wilshire 5000 Index rose 0.47%.
