Pru, GatesMcDonald Renew HR Management Partnership

Insurance Company of America and GatesMcDonald have renewed
their partnership providing disability and total absence
management services to companies and their
employees.

Under the renewed five-year agreement, GatesMcDonald offers Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) administration, absence management and workers’ compensation administration, while Prudential provides short- and long-term disability management. The combined program offers companies a technology platform that brings together absence-based benefits in a self-service environment, according to a news release.
The program is designed for employers with at least 5,000 employees. With the integrated platform, the duo can optimize the productivity of both employers and employees through total absence management and early identification, according to the news release.
