Institutional clients can access the feature, along with the group’s other traditional reporting capabilities via Pru’s Online Retirement Center.
The site guides the plan sponsor through the process of producing and submitting a customized report. An e-mail notification is sent when the report is ready.
Completed reports are stored on the site for a limited time, and allow plan sponsors to:
- review reports online,
- download them to a PC, or
- print hard copies
The tool also enables users to store saved reports as templates. When necessary, a previously requested report can be selected and submitted for updating.
