PSCA Publishes Spanish Plan Materials

May 14, 2001 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Plan sponsor members of the Profit Sharing 401(k) Council of America (PSCA) now have access to bi-lingual educational and enrollment materials for Spanish-speaking 401(k) plan participants.

Members needing to educate, motivate or enroll Spanish-speaking participants can print the relevant materials, with English translations from the group’s Web site, the PSCA’s first step in helping members meet bi-lingual challenges.

Content includes:

  • explaining the benefits and aspects of a 401(k) plan;
  • debunking common myths that prevent employee participation; and
  • the importance of saving for retirement; and
  • a glossary of investment terms is in Spanish.

New content including 401(k) enrollment promotional materials will be added to the PSCA’s Web site throughout the year.
