PwC Expands HR Transaction Services Practice
June 8, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - PwC US announced today that Jennifer Daniels has joined PwC US as a principal in PwC’s Human Resource Transaction Services practice, based in New York.
According to the announcement, Daniels brings a focus on mergers and acquisitions advisory services related to HR, benefits and compensation issues. An actuary with 20 years of pension, compensation and employee benefit consulting experience, she has spent the past 10 years focusing exclusively on transaction-related work for private equity and corporate sponsors.
Prior to joining PwC, she was a principal with Ernst & Young in its Performance and Rewards M&A practice. Before joining Ernst & Young, she was a principal in the merger and acquisition group of Mercer Human Resource Consulting.
Daniels is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary, and received a B.A. in Mathematics from Boston University.
