Recruitmax Deals for KnowledgePoint

August 16, 2004 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Recruitmax, a provider of workplace HR systems, has acquired KnowledgePoint from CCH Incorporated.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed, according to a news release. With the deal, that includes KnowledgePoint’s PerformanceImpact Enterprise performance management software, Recruitmax will be able to broaden its product line, the announcement said.

Recruitmax will also gain access to KnowledgePoint content that will be integrated into existing Recruitmax applications.

Founded in 1987, KnowledgePoint is a provider of enterprise performance management solutions, job description content, personnel policies and employment law products to over 500,000 users.    The company’s products include applications for defining jobs, setting goals, tracking performance and developing workers throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
